NEW ART TRIO PRICE LIST & BOOKING INFORMATION

WEDDING/PARTY RATES:

Wedding prelude/Cocktail parties: $375

15-30 minutes of prelude/cocktail music (with provision for exiting, i.e. side door)

Basic Wedding: $400

15-30 minutes of prelude music All ceremony music (seating of mothers, processionals, recessional, etc.) Short postlude Ceremonies lasting one hour or less (from prelude through postlude)

Extended Wedding: $450

All of the basic, plus music for communion (i.e. Catholic Mass, etc) Ceremony lasting up to an 1 ½ hours (from prelude through postlude)

One Hour Reception Only/Parties: $400

One hour of music with no break

One and One Half Hour Reception only/Parties: $550

1 ½ hour music with no break

Two Hour Reception/Parties: $675

2 Hours of music, with one 15 minute break.

Receptions/Parties longer than 2 hours: $750 and up

WEDDING PACKAGES:

Package #1: Basic Wedding, plus one hour reception, same location $675

(same location means at the church where the wedding took place, at the home where the ceremony took place, etc.)

Package #2: Basic Wedding, plus our hour reception, different location $700

(different location example would be ceremony at a church, reception at a country club,etc)

Package #3: Basic Wedding, plus 1 ½ hour reception, same location: $800

Package #4: Basic Wedding, plus 2 hours reception, same location: $875

Music Arranging Fee (fee to cover time involved in arranging requested music that is not in our repertoire): $15-25

Extra charge for travel outside of the immediate Chattanooga area. Contact us for rates.

BOOKING INFORMATION

To book, send your deposit (check made out to "Nora Kile") to:

Include your wedding date and time on the check or on a note with it. When your deposit is received, you will be sent a receipt showing what you have paid and your balance due. It will also show what we have agreed to (place, time, etc). This will give you something in writing showing that we are officially "yours" for that day and time!

If you would prefer an official looking contract, we will be glad to furnish you one. We use the standard Musician’s Union Local 80 Contract for such purposes.
